ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 31

CANADIAN COUNTY, OKLAHOMA

BANNER PUBLIC SCHOOLS

 

As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Banner Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on April 17, 2023, at six o’clock  p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.

The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:

Call to order.

 

Roll call.

 

 

Open Issues:

              

 

                  1.  Proposed executive session to discuss entering a contract with an individual to

                       serve as Superintendent of Schools pursuant to 25 O.S., Section 307(B)(1).

 

                   2.  Vote to convene or not to convene into executive session.

 

                   3.  Acknowledge return to open session.

 

                   4.  Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement.

 

                   5.  Discussion and possible board action to hire a superintendent.

 

                   6.  Board discussion regarding FY2022 Financial Accounting Audit performed by

                        Putnam and Company.  

 

                   7.  Discussion and possible board action regarding a budget for the Richard

                       Bornemann Memorial Fund.

 

                  8.  Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of a teacher assistant for

                       the 2022/2023 school year pursuant to 25 O.S., Section 307(B)(1).

 

                  9.  Vote to convene or not to convene into executive session.

 

                 10.  Acknowledge return to open session.

 

                 11.  Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement.

    

                 12.  Discussion and possible board action to employ a teacher assistant for the

                        2022/2023 school year.
