As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Banner Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on June 27th, 2023 at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.

The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:
Call to order.
Roll call.
Communication.
Open Issues:
1. ECI Agency to present school insurance renewal options with BOE
discussion and possible action regarding the selection of the 2023/2024
school insurance provider and coverage.
2. Discussion and possible board action regarding the authorization for the
school year 2022/2023 Federal Expenditure Reports.
3. Discussion and possible board action regarding payment of Purchase
Order #16 to Putnam and Company.
4. Discussion and possible board action regarding whether to continue the
contracts with our current Child Nutrition vendors for the 2023/2024
school year.
Encumbrance Approval:
Discussion and possible board action regarding the following new encumbrances and change orders:
a. General Fund Change:17, 188, 70041, 70048 for an increase of $ 7,843.96
b. General Fund New: 190, 70210 - 70212 for a total of
$ 16,670.80
