The Banner Public Schools Board of Education is committed to the demanding job of overseeing and setting policies for the District to ensure all students are offered a quality education. The Superintendent of Schools is the Chief Executive Officer for the Board and is responsible for administering Board policies and regulations.
Regular Board of Education meetings are held the second Monday of every month (unless otherwise noted) beginning at 6:00pm in the Banner Public School Special Education Room - 2455 N. Banner Rd., El Reno, OK 73036.
School Board Members
All regular, special and emergency meeting of the Banner Board of Education shall be open to the public. The Board wishes to hear the viewpoints of citizens throughout the district and considers the responsible presentation of these viewpoints vital to the efficient operation of the school district. The board also recognizes its responsibility for the proper governance of the school and the need to conduct its business in an orderly and efficient manner. The board, therefore, directs the superintendent to establish procedures providing for limited participation at school board meetings for the citizens of this district.
