As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Banner Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on August 15th, 2022 at seven o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.

- Roll call.
- Community forum with the board and the public to receive information and have discussion regarding proposed bond project to build additional building to include classrooms and shelter area. No action will be taken by the board of education.
