As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a SPECIAL PHYSICAL AND VIRTUAL MEETING on September 30, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public Schools, at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma. This meeting will be conducted via teleconferencing and at the physical location stated above.

1. Community meeting to discuss the possibility of school bond project to fund capital improvement projects within the school district. The board of education and administration will provide information regarding a possible bond project.
