You may print out and complete the attached application, or follow the link to complete the application online in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Also, please know that all meals for all students, breakfast and lunch, are free until 12/31/20, per the USDA. Completing this application will not affect that status. Your meal application will apply to meals served after 12/31/20 unless the program is extended.
