BANNER 6TH – 8TH SUPPLY LIST 2020-2021

 

ALL STUDENTS IN 6TH – 8TH GRADE:

  • At the present time, a washable/reusable face mask/shield is optional for all students to wear during the school day.
  • Students must bring a refillable water container to obtain water from the school water fountains to assist in not spreading illness. 
  • All students must complete the online registration prior to attending school. 
  • Free and reduced meal applications should be completed in advance on the Infinite Campus parent portal link through the website at www.bannerschool.net  If you need assistance with your username and password or if you need a paper form, please call 262-0598.
  • The first day of school is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19th.  The front doors will be opened and breakfast will be served beginning at 8:00 am.

  • Please do not label supplies unless noted.
  • Please purchase brands listed to ensure functionality.
  • Any supplies sent that are not on this list will be returned home
  • A locker shelf, a mirror and magnetic pencil box are the only allowable locker decorations. 
  • No wall paper, chandeliers, fur or other decorations allowed. 
  • No backpacks and/or large purses are allowed in the classroom and must be stored in your student’s locker. 
  • All gym lockers must have a combination lock.  The school is not responsible for your student’s personal belongings.
  • 7th Grade students must have proof of Tdap booster or exemption form approved by the State Department of Health prior to attending school.  Please file your exemption forms no later than July 29th so as not to delay your student’s return to school.
  • If you have any questions the school office will be open beginning on July 27th to assist you between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm by appointment only or via telephone at 405-262-0598.

 

 

 

General:

 

3 packages of wide lined notebook paper (200 count)

4 packages of #2 pencils – 12 count

3 boxes of Kleenex brand Facial tissue (Home room)

12 red ink pens

1 package of multi-colored highlighters

1 Metal Locker Shelf

1 Backpack

 

Science:

1  11/2” Three Ring Binder

1 Pencil Pouch that fits into three ring binder (attaches to rings)

1 package CRAYOLA® brand colored pencils

2 Elmer’s® glue sticks

2 Colored Ink Pens

1 Highlighter

1 Clear 12” centimeter ruler

(*1 Clorox® wipes, 1 Box of Sandwich Baggies or 1 Gallon Ziploc Bags-requested, but not required)

Reading/English:

2 PLASTIC pocket folders with brads

1 package of tab dividers (4 tabs are needed)

1 1” 3 ring binder (may need to replace in January)

 

Math:

1 clear 12 inch/centimeter ruler

1 three-ring binder (2 inches in width) for Math – a new binder may be needed in January

1 protractor

1 package of five tab dividers for three-ring binder

 

Social Studies

4 Elmer’s® glue sticks

1 package CRAYOLA® brand colored pencils

1 package of lined index cards – 6th & 7th graders ONLY

2 pocket folders (do not need brads)

 

Gym Class:

1 combination lock for P.E. locker
