As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Banner Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on March 20, 2023, at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.
The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:
Call to order.
Roll call.
Encumbrance approval:
Board to consider the following change order with possible action:
- General Fund Change order #25 to Oklahoma ASBO for an increase of $800.00.
1. Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of a new Superintendent of
Schools, pursuant to 25 O.S., Section 307(B)(1).
2. Vote to convene or not to convene into executive session.
3. Acknowledge return to open session.
4. Executive session minutes compliance announcement.
