As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Banner Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a Regular Meeting on December 12, 2022 at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.

Call meeting to Order.
Roll Call.
Board to consider last month’s regular meeting’s minutes of November 14, 2022 with possible action.
Communication
PTA Report
Open Issues:
- Discussion and possible action on the Superintendent's recommendation to surplus kitchen equipment that is inoperable or unused to include a standup mixer.
- Discussion and possible board action on the time for class parties listed in the school handbook to start at 3 p.m. to change the time to 2:35 pm.
- Discussion and possible board action regarding the designation of all fund interest to be deposited into the building fund (with the exception of any bond interest) effective 1/1/2023.
- Discussion and possible board action to modify the terms of the superintendent’s contract.
- Proposed executive session to evaluate the performance of the superintendent. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
- Vote to convene into executive session.
- Acknowledge return to open session.
- Executive session minutes compliance statement.

Board to consider the following new encumbrances and change orders with possible action.
a. General Fund Change Orders: 9,76 for an increase of $50,000.00
b. General Fund New: 181,182 70163, 70164 for $7,571.48
c. Child Nutrition Change orders: 9 for an increase of $4,000.00
