As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a Regular Meeting on September 12, 2022 at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma.

Call meeting to order.
Roll call.
Board to consider last month’s regular meeting minutes for August 8, 2022 and special meeting minutes for August 15, 2022 with possible action.
Communication.

Open Issues:
1. Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022/2023 Estimate of Needs.
2. Discussion and possible action on updated RETURN TO LEARN PLAN and the ESSER III new budget plan.
3. Board to discuss bond election results with possible action on future bond election dates and amount.
4. Discussion and possible board action on superintendent's recommendation to accept
Brenda Kirkegards resignation as the 5-6th Academic Team Coach.
5. Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022/2023 contractual agreement between Saber Transportation and Banner School District.
6. Discussion and possible board action regarding staff lunches.
7. Discussion and possible board action to approve an activity fund account for Staff Development.
8. Discussion and possible board action on the Alternative Education school site statutory waiver/deregulation application.
9. Proposed executive session to discuss the 2022/2023 employment of a part time support employee and a full time support employee on temporary contracts pursuant to 25 O.S., Section
307(b)1.
10. Vote to convene or not to convene into executive session.

c. Building Fund New – 5 for $15,000.00
d. Child Nutrition Fund New- 16 for $1,000.00
