As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a REGULAR MEETING on June 13, 2022, at six o’clock p.m.in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public Schools, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma.

 

AGENDA

The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:

Call meeting to order.

Roll call.

Board to consider last month’s regular meeting’s minutes and May 5, 2022 Special Meeting minutes with possible action.

Communication.

 

PTA Report.

Open Issues:

 

1.   Discussion and possible board action regarding the P.T.A.  financial audit report.

2. Discussion and possible board action regarding the sanctioning of P.T.A. for the 2022/2023 school. 

3. ECI Agency to present school insurance renewal options with BOE discussion and possible action regarding the selection of the 2022/2023 school insurance provider and coverage.

4. Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022/2023 contractual agreement between Youth and Family Services and Banner School District.

5. Discussion and possible board action regarding whether to continue the  contracts with our current Child Nutrition vendors for the 2022-2023 school year.

6.  Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022/2023 BOE Treasurer’s Certificate and Municipal Order.

7. Discussion and possible board action regarding the authorization for the school year 2022/2023 Federal Expenditure Reports.

8.  Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022/2023 Application for Temporary Appropriations.

9.  Proposed  executive session to discuss the  2022/2023 employment contract of Samantha Smith, Grant Wilson and Michael Prior and the extra duty contracts of Samantha Smith and Michael Prior pursuant to 25 O.S., Section 307(B)(1).

 

          10.  Acknowledge Return to Open Session.

 

          11.   Executive Session Minutes Compliance Statement.

 

12.  Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022/2023 employment contract of Samantha Smith, Grant Wilson, and Michael Prior and the extra duty contracts of Samantha Smith and Michael Prior .
