As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Banner Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a REGULAR MEETING on March 21, 2022, at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.

 

The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:

Call meeting to order.

Roll call

Board to consider last month’s special meeting’s minutes with possible action.

Communications

PTA Report

 

Open Issues:                  

1.   Board discussion  regarding FY2021 Financial Accounting Audit performed by Putnam and Company.                  

2.   Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022/2023 Financial Accounting Contractual Agreement between Putnam and Company and  Banner School District.

                    3.   Discussion and possible board action regarding the school policies:

                  CLB-EQUIPMENT ACCOUNTABILITY and CLBR-INVENTORIES

                  (REGULATION).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

4.   Discussion and possible board action regarding summer school.

5.   Discussion and possible board action regarding the Banner Public School Hazard Mitigation Plan.

6.  Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022/2023 school calendar.

Encumbrance Approval:

Board to consider the following new encumbrances and change orders with possible action:

        a. General new: 19, 192 in the amount of $6,200.00

        b. General change: 15 for an increase of $200.00

        c.  Building Fund new: 6 in the amount of $21,000.00

        d. Child Nutrition new: 16 in the amount of $140.00

        e. Child Nutrition change: 2 for a decrease of $140.00
