As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Banner Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a REGULAR MEETING on January 10, 2022 at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma.  73036.

Open Issues:

 

1. Discussion and possible board action regarding the Return to Learn School Plan (updating to reflect current CDC guidelines).

 

2. Discussion and possible board action regarding the roof insurance claim.

 

3. Discussion and possible board action regarding Banner School District’s 2022 Section 125 Plan.

         

4. Discussion and possible board action regarding the purchase of a new school bus.

 

5. Presentation of School Board Member Appreciation Certificates.

Encumbrance Approval.

 

Board to consider the following new encumbrances and change orders with possible action:

            a. General Change Orders: 51, 70002, 70003, 70005, 70010, 70012, 70024, 70044, 70057, 70060, 70062, 70069, 70073  for an increase of $13,106.40.

70004, 70021, 70039, 70066 for a decrease of $29,342.33

 

            b. General New: 183 - 187 for a total of $2,198.00

 

            c. Child Nutrition Change Orders: 8 for an increase of $553.00

      

            d.Child Nutrition New: 15  for a total of $1,000.00
