As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Banner Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on December 15, 2021 at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.

Roll Call.

Board to consider last month’s regular meeting’s minutes with possible action.

Open Issues:

  1. Motion to convene in Executive Session to discuss confidential communication regarding the Superintendent’s Evaluation pursuant to 25 OS, Section 307(b)(1).

 

  1. Return to Open Session.

 

  1. Executive Session Minutes Compliance Statement.

 

  1. Discussion and possible board action regarding the designation of all fund interest to be deposited into the building fund (with the exception of any bond interest) effective 1/1/2022.
  2. Motion to convene in Executive Session to discuss the 2021/2022 temporary new employment and contracts of certified personnel and the 2021/2022 extra duty contracts of certified and support personnel pursuant to 25 O.S., Section 307(b)1.

 

  1. Return to Open Session.

                    a. General   Change Orders: 8, 161, 70011 , 70019,   70051   Total increase of  $2,733.17

                       b. General New: 181, 182, 70120-70136    Total amount of $94,626.45

                     c. Child Nutrition Change orders: 1- decrease of $1,000.00, 4- increase of  $1,000.00
