As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a Special Virtual and Physical Meeting on October 11, 2021, at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma.

1. Discussion and possible board action regarding OSIG Insurance and Property Evaluation.
2. Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022 Annual Election Resolution.
3. Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2022 Banner BOE Meeting Calendar.
4. Motion to convene in Executive Session to discuss the temporary employment and associated FY21/22 temporary employment contracts of support personnel pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(b)(1).
5. Motion to return to Open Session.
6. Executive Session Minutes Compliance Statement.
7. Superintendent’s recommendation regarding the temporary employment and associated FY21/22 temporary employment contracts of support personnel.

Discussion and possible board action regarding whether to pay to all full-time teachers on regular contracts employed by the District throughout the 2021/2022 school year, and all full-time support employees employed for the school year, a one-time stipend payment in the amount of $1500.00 and all part-time employees employed for the 2021/2022 school year, a one-time stipend payment in the amount of $500.00 with the stipulation that such stipend amount is payment for services rendered during this school year and is not to become part of the continuing contract of any teacher or support employee, and thus, no teacher or support employee re-employed this school year for a subsequent school year shall have any property right to this stipend in any subsequent fiscal year.
10. Discussion and possible board action regarding the increase of adult lunch pricing from $4.10 to $4.25.
11. Discussion and possible board action regarding the Kindergarten Report Card Format.
12. Discussion and possible board action on the adoption of the revised Canadian County Hazard Mitigation Plan.
13. Discussion and possible board action regarding school policy DPB (Substitute Teachers).
