ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 31

BANNER PUBLIC SCHOOLS

 

As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Elementary School District No. 31 of Canadian County, Oklahoma will hold a Regular Meeting on September 13, 2021 at six o’clock p.m., in the Banner School Cafeteria, Banner Public School, located at 2455 N. Banner Road, El Reno, Oklahoma.

The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:

 

Call meeting to order.

 

Roll call.

 

Board to consider last month’s Meeting’s minutes with possible action.

 

Communication.

 

PTA Report:  Presentation of 2020/2021 PTA Audit and 2021/2022 Request for Sanctioning.

 

  1. Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2021/2022 Estimate of Needs.

 

  1. Discussion and possible board action regarding school bond election timeline.

 

  1. Discussion and possible board action regarding school bond public education information.

 

  1. Discussion and possible board action regarding the revisions to the 2021/2022 Return to Learn Plan.

 

  1. Discussion and possible board action to rescind action taken at the July 12, 2021 board meeting offering an extra duty assignment to Christy Norton.

 

  1. Discussion and possible board action regarding the resignation of Aimee Freyman effective August 20, 2021.

 

7.             Motion to convene in Executive Session to discuss the 2021/2022 extra duty contract of Matthew Larson, the revised 2021/2022 extra duty contract of Dawn Gomez, and the 2021/2022 temporary employment and associated temporary contracts of support personnel pursuant to 25 O.S., Section 307(b)(1).

10.          Superintendent’s recommendation regarding the 2021/2022 extra duty contract of Matthew Larson, the revised 2021/2022 extra duty contract of Dawn Gomez, and the 2021/2022 temporary employment and associated temporary contracts of support personnel.

 

11.          Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2021/2022 extra duty contract of Matthew Larson, the revised 2021/2022 extra duty contract of Dawn Gomez, and the 2021/2022 temporary employment and associated temporary contracts of support personnel.

 

12.          Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2021/2022 contractual agreement between Saber Transportation and Banner School District.

 

13.          Discussion and possible board action regarding school policies:  DBA (Paraprofessionals), EHDBDA (Parent Participation in the School District), FEG (Student Transfers for Children of Active Duty Military Members), and FMC (Student Clubs and Organizations Sponsors).

 

14.          Discussion and possible board action regarding the Kindergarten Report Card Format.

 

15.          Discussion and possible board action regarding the 2021/2022 contractual agreement between Banner School District and Jordan Stanborugh for the purpose of SPED Testing.

 

16.          Discussion and possible board action to increase the 2021/2022 adult lunch prices from $4.00 to $4.10.
