School Supply List

Click on the link above to see the school supply list.  Please read it carefully!  Highlights are listed below.  Note that 4th grade supplies list changed on 7/8/20!

ALL STUDENTS IN PK – 5TH GRADES:

  • DO NOT LABEL SUPPLIES unless noted.
  • Please purchase brands listed to ensure functionality.
  • Any supplies sent that are not on this list will be returned home
  • All students must complete the online registration prior to attending school.
  • Free and reduced meal applications should be completed in advance on the Infinite Campus parent portal link through the website at www.bannerschool.net  If you need assistance with your username and password or if you need a paper form, please call 262-0598.
  •  The first day of school is scheduled for Monday, August 10th.  The front doors will be opened and breakfast will be served beginning at 8:00 am.
  • If you have any questions the school office will be open beginning on July 27th to assist you between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm by appointment only or via telephone at 405-262-0598.

 

ALL STUDENTS IN PK – 2nd GRADES:

A classroom snack calendar will be provided monthly.

 

ALL STUDENTS IN 1ST – 5th GRADES:

1 pair of non-marking sole tennis/athletic shoes, with your student’s last name or initials somewhere on the shoes, are required for gym and must be left at school

 

ALL STUDENTS IN 6TH – 8TH GRADE:

  • All students must complete the online registration prior to attending school.

  • Please do not label supplies unless noted.
  • Please purchase brands listed to ensure functionality.

  • A locker shelf, a mirror and magnetic pencil box are the only allowable locker decorations. 
  • No wall paper, chandeliers, fur or other decorations allowed. 
  • No backpacks and/or large purses are allowed in the classroom and must be stored in your student’s locker. 
  • All gym lockers must have a combination lock.  The school is not responsible for your student’s personal belongings.
  • 7th Grade students must have proof of Tdap booster or exemption form approved by the State Department of Health prior to attending school.  Please file your exemption forms no later than July 29th so as not to delay your student’s return to school.
