Enrollment Information for 2019 - 2020
ENROLL NOW! Don't wait until Back to School Night.
Students who are planning to attend Banner School for the 2019-2020 school year should enroll as soon as the decision is made. Pre-K class is full and additional admissions will not be accepted. All other grade level new students should complete the enrollment form on the link bring it to the office between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, now until August 5th. Please call 262-0598 if you have any questions. The minimum requirements for admission require a state issued birth certificate, current shot record, proof of residency with residency affidavit to be completed at the office, and a completed enrollment application. If your student receives accommodations on a 504 or IEP, please bring those documents to the office at the time of enrollment. We look forward to adding you to the Banner family!
